Szanowni Państwo,  
 
W związku z przyjętym przez PE rozporządzeniem eIDAS w ramach procedury tłumaczy lingwistów 
rozpoczęte zostały prace nad weryfikacją językowej prawidłowości przedmiotowego tekstu prawnego. W 
związku z wyznaczonym na dzień 15 kwietnia br terminem do udzielenia odpowiedzi uprzejmie proszę o 
przesyłanie ewentualnych uwag do tekstu angielskiego oraz tekstu polskiego do dn. 11 kwietnia (t.j. 
piątek).  
 
Podkreślam, że interesują nas Państwa uwagi zarówno do tekstu polskiego, jak i przede wszystkim tekstu 
bazowego, którym jest tekst w języku angielskim. Prace na grupie roboczej prowadzone będą na 
anglojęzycznej wersji tekstu. Prosimy bardzo serdecznie, aby mieli Państwo na względzie, że obecne 
procedury mają charakter wyłącznie tłumaczenia, a nie zmian merytorycznych w tekście:  
 
"Contributions should relate primarily to inconsistencies, ambiguities, omissions and mistranslations, in 
particular regarding specialised, technical terms (...). It is recommended that priority be given to the 
articles rather than the recitals, in particular those containing definitions. Merely stylistic contributions 
should be avoided. All contributions should take into account the particular context in which a particular 
expression appears."  
 
Zwracamy też uwagę na zalecenie, aby podawać uzasadnienie dla proponowanych poprawek. Bardzo 
serdecznie dziękuję za uwzględnienie.

LLs/Experts meeting on Friday 25 April, 10h00, LEX building, Room LEX III.

Guidelines on contributions from delegates.  
   
We would like to remind the delegations that the deadline for comments is the Tuesday 
15/04/14 at 17h00. Comments received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration.  
   
Comments must be sent to the relevant team of the DQL.  
   
Delegations should also be reminded to mention the reference of the document in subject of 
the email and to address it directly to the relevant AST team (see page 3 of the CM 2383/14).
